Tuschinko chamber is made to introduce fresh air forcibly from the bottom part of the front bumper. "Intake duct" is specially designed to achieve high unrestricted air flow and excellent filtration.
Fresh air of a lower temperature has higher density which increases the engine power. (Reducing the temperature of intake air is a very effective way to gain more horsepower.)
"Tuchinoko shaped chamber" stores enough air mass inside the chamber and that air mass is forced rapidly into the throttle body when you open the accelerator. This chamber effect improves the throttle response significantly.
